Iowa Referee Committee is an organization that promotes
and facilitates all levels of soccer referee development
for affiliate organizations in a way that earns respect
and advocates for Iowa officials.
All
governing bodies in soccer will realize an improved
game through the efforts of administrators, instructors,
assessors, and assignors.
