Request a Developmental, Maintenance, or Upgrade Assessment

What are the different types of assessment?
--Developmental Assessments are performed by certified assessors who will observe your game and provide you with feedback regarding areas of strength, as well as areas for improvement. These assessments do not count as grade maintenance or upgrade assessments.
--Maintenance Assessments are assessments required to maintain your present grade. If you are unsure of your maintenance assessment requirements, please click here.
--Upgrade Assessments are those that count towards an upgrade to the next level. These assessments must be performed by a certified assessor of the proper grade level, and must be assigned by the State Director of Assessment. To see more about upgrading, click here.

*NOTE: Referees are responsible for payment of an assessor for upgrade and maintenance assessments. The fee is the center referees game fee for the match worked. This fee is due regardless of passing or failure of the assessment. The IRC will cover the cost of developmental assessments, as well as mileage if an assessor must travel a long distance.

In order to request an assessment, you need to log into your personal account via the homepage and select "Request an Assessment" on your main login screen. (Coming Soon. Please email Phil Sinnwell at the address above for the time being.)
