How to Report a Red Card:
  -Complete the NISOA Supplemental Ejection Form
  -If the ejection was for Fighting---
      -Complete the NISOA Fight Report as well
  -A copy of each report needs to be sent to:
      Brian Crossman
      crossman@covenant.edu

How to Join NISOA:
  -Speak to a member of your local NISOA chapter (see contacts to the left)
  -If transferring from another NISOA chapter: Transfer Form
